My first visit to the Punto Bianco clinic started with a consultation during which a treatment plan was created, clearly outlining all the issues identified and the cost of each one. Every step and appointment was coordinated smoothly by a treatment coordinator, making each visit easy and well organized. I underwent therapeutic treatment that included fillings and cleaning of devitalized teeth, and in addition, I had a self-ligating braces system fitted. What an amazing 'journey' me and my husband have had at Punto Bianco! After years of lack of confidence and missing opportunities because of our previous teeth, we have finally regained our smiles and confidence. Therefore, we would like to express our appreciation and gratitude and send our thanks to a team of professionals who dedicated their time, knowledge and skills to make us happy again. Furthermore, we would like to say that we have been treated with respect and have been welcomed and nurtured throughout the process. It's true that people might say that it's normal as we paid for the services, so we should have been treated this way. But, to be honest, it didn't feel like just going to an ordinary dental clinic to pay and have the teeth done. When we went to Punto Bianco we entered a big family and they made us feel part of it. They don't only care about the money you pay for the treatment, but they really care about how you feel regarding the treatment and they try everything in their 'power' to make the client happy. Probably, I'm getting a little bit too emotional, but this is what I've experienced these days when I had my permanent teeth fixed. Our wonderful consultant, Inna, the other lovely ladies from reception and the assistants, dentists/doctors, especially Dr Malai Alexandru si Dr Zaicov Eugen ensured that we have had the best outcome possible. A wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment you enter the clinic, you are welcomed by a friendly and warm reception, with encouraging words and a positive attitude. Ms. Victoria, the process coordinator, was always available, in a good mood, and informative at every step of the treatment. Surgeon Dr. Radu and his assistant were very professional and reassuring throughout the procedure. Dr. Eugen and his assistants, who worked on the creation and placement of the prostheses (temporary and final), are true professionals, always attentive and appropriately supportive.

I was looking for a clinic for a dental implant, and the Punto Bianco clinic’s website provided all the information I needed to make a decision. At the clinic, I was welcomed by a professional team that supported and guided me throughout the entire treatment process. The doctors explained the possible scenarios and managed to save the root of my tooth, thus avoiding bone grafting. After the tomography, all the necessary teeth were treated.

Although one tooth extraction was really hard , my doctor, Nikita Sirbu, did a really good job.
