Ajuns la clinică, am fost luat în mâini super prietenoase și profesionale, după ce mi-ar fi plăcut să am o anestezie generală datorită faptului că am fobia stomatologilor. După mai multe examene în diferite spitale, mi s-a refuzat anestezia generală, nu voiau să-mi asume riscul. În ciuda unui certificat semnat care spune că aș putea să o fac. Concluzie, toate, în onoarea lor, pentru a nu lua la lejer cazurile pacienților. În ceea ce privește echipa medicală, ei sunt oameni cu adevărat extraordinari atât din punct de vedere al ospitalității, cât și a tratamentelor stomatologice. Am mers la Punto Bianco, de la Madrid (Spania), mai mult pentru eficiența în munca lor, a profesioniștilor care fac parte din companie. Dar și pentru că fratele meu a fost și este încântat de implantele care i-au fost deja inserate. Mulțumesc chirurgului oro-maxilo-facial excelent, pentru eficiența lui, rapiditate și grija în a nu simți durere în timpul intervențiilor. Mulțumesc medicului protezist profesionist și excelent, obținând din prima încercare, coronițe pe implante perfect ajustate, fixe și cu o culoare potrivită. Merci mult: Anastasiei și Olesei pentru răbdarea și amabilitatea lor, care au făcut ca șederea mea la Chișinău să fie mult mai plăcută fără ca să mă simt singură. Mulțumesc șoferilor, care te întâmpină la aeroport și te conduc la apartament, iar mai apoi te insoțesc în excursii pentru ca să nu te plictisești între vizitele la doctor. In 2018 I went to Chisinau after sending an X-ray. I have to say that I was a little suspicious for the simple fact that I didn't know what was waiting for me. Multilingual Clinic!! I had problems with chewing, I neglected this situation due to the very high costs in Italy, and so, over time my teeth deteriorated My greatest desire was to regain my beautiful smile and improve my digestion. Immediately When I arrived, the welcome reassured me. At the reception they were waiting for me! Excellent welcome. The first thing I did was a 3D tomography, to understand the dental treatment I had to do. Shortly after, a team of dentists and surgeons evaluated the tomography and in a precise and detailed way, Inna the wonderful coordinator presented to me, the treatment I had to do, root canal treatment (endodontic treatment), implants, sinus lifting and extractions. That was in 2018. In October 2019, I returned to Chisinau, to Punto Bianco and everything was very good. I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! Mastic, a miracle! M-am întors recent din Moldova și trebuie să spun că sunt îndeosebi mulțumită de tratamentul primit. Am găsit această clinică din întâmplare, online, iar ceea ce m-a convins să cer un preț și să merg să văd dacă poate satisface nevoile mele au fost recenziile pacienților italieni. Mănânc foarte bine și când zâmbesc, nimeni nu este în stare să înțeleagă care sunt dinții prelucrați. Pentru cei care se întreabă ce probleme am avut: 4 dinți, dintre care 3 au fost devitalizați cu instrumente rupte în interiorul lor (adică ace) și una cu plombă temporară (trecută ca o definitivă care mi-a făcut dintele să moară mai jos). Toată munca făcută în Italia și pentru care am plătit și o avere. Mulțumesc și la radiologul Larisa pentru răbdarea de care a dat dovadă. De remarcat este și Olga, fata responsabilă de organizarea a tot ceea ce un pacient are nevoie în timpul șederii sale în Moldova (taxi, îngrijiri medicale externe, cum ar fi analize, radiografii, CT, intervenții la spitalul de zi, vizite la beci, muzee, castel, spa, coafor etc.). Mi-am găsit clinica de încredere! Clinica Punto Bianco este în prim plan în ceea ce privește structura, igiena, echipamentele, medicii, tehnicienii și personalul responsabil cu primirea pacienților. Veți găsi un personal cu adevărat coeziv, profesionist și prietenos Mulțumesc din nou tuturor și pe curând.
