Die Atmosphäre ist modern, sauber und einladend, und das Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich entspannt und sicher fühlt – selbst beim ersten Zahnarztbesuch. What an amazing 'journey' me and my husband have had at Punto Bianco! After years of lack of confidence and missing opportunities because of our previous teeth, we have finally regained our smiles and confidence. Therefore, we would like to express our appreciation and gratitude and send our thanks to a team of professionals who dedicated their time, knowledge and skills to make us happy again. Furthermore, we would like to say that we have been treated with respect and have been welcomed and nurtured throughout the process. It's true that people might say that it's normal as we paid for the services, so we should have been treated this way. But, to be honest, it didn't feel like just going to an ordinary dental clinic to pay and have the teeth done. When we went to Punto Bianco we entered a big family and they made us feel part of it. They don't only care about the money you pay for the treatment, but they really care about how you feel regarding the treatment and they try everything in their 'power' to make the client happy. Probably, I'm getting a little bit too emotional, but this is what I've experienced these days when I had my permanent teeth fixed. Our wonderful consultant, Inna, the other lovely ladies from reception and the assistants, dentists/doctors, especially Dr Malai Alexandru si Dr Zaicov Eugen ensured that we have had the best outcome possible. I visited the Punto Bianco clinic hoping to achieve a natural and beautiful smile—and not only was this wish fulfilled, but my expectations were exceeded by far. Your services were impeccable: the staff was extremely attentive, patient, and empathetic, explaining every step clearly—from the 3D tomography and treatment plan to the implants/prosthetics and final restorations. The friendly atmosphere helped me feel relaxed and safe. The receptionists welcomed me with warm smiles and a calm demeanor, which made a real difference, and the procedure went much more smoothly than I had expected. The dental assistants, treatment coordination, and logistical support were all excellent. The final result truly impressed me: I can now smile freely and chew comfortably, and the aesthetic work looks far more natural than I ever imagined. Despite my concerns, everything was handled clearly and professionally.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone at Punto Bianco—doctors, assistants, coordinators, and support staff—for the care, dedication, and professionalism with which I was treated. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a serious, modern, and human-centered dental practice.

I’ve been attending this dental clinic for around three years now, and I can honestly say it has been a consistently excellent experience. From the moment you walk in, the team is always kind, welcoming, and caring, which really makes a difference. The doctors are highly professional and knowledgeable, and you truly feel that you are in safe hands. I was previously treated by Dr Mese, who is an amazing doctor — very gentle, attentive, and reassuring. Recently, I was treated by Dr Zaharia, and she was absolutely wonderful as well. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me very helpful advice and guidance after my treatment, which I really appreciated. I’ve also been under orthodontic treatment here throughout this time with Dr Cristina. About a year ago, I decided to go ahead with aligners, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. Dr Cristina has been incredibly supportive, patient, and thorough at every stage of the process, and the results so far have been very encouraging. I would also like to mention Magda at the front desk. She always greets me with a warm smile, makes me feel welcome, and kindly directs me where to go when needed. Such a lovely person, and a real credit to the clinic. Overall, this clinic sets a very high standard of care. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team make it a place I trust completely and would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental and orthodontic care.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted here very quickly and without complications. They use state-of-the-art equipment, and the staff are truly dedicated to their work. The assistants speak multiple foreign languages and provide very detailed consultations, with incredible patience. I recently returned from Moldova and I must say that I am especially satisfied with the treatment I received. I found this clinic by chance, online, and what convinced me to ask for a quote and go see if it could meet my needs were the reviews from Italian patients. I can eat very well, and when I smile, no one can tell which teeth have been treated.
For those wondering what problems I had: 4 teeth, of which 3 had been devitalized with broken instruments left inside them (needles), and one with a temporary filling (passed off as a permanent one), which caused the tooth to die deeper down. All this work had been done in Italy, and I had paid a fortune for it.
I would also like to thank radiologist Larisa for her patience. Worth mentioning is Olga as well, the girl responsible for organizing everything a patient might need during their stay in Moldova (taxi, external medical care such as tests, X-rays, CT scans, day hospital procedures, as well as visits to wine cellars, museums, castles, spa, hair salon, etc.).
