The place is clean, full of fun people ready to help you. In my case I had the pleasure to be handle by: dr.Cristina Hmelnitcaia, dr.Mese Tatiana, dr.Nichita Sirbu, dr.Ilinca Bolandau, dr.Sale Eugen Directed by Mr. David who took care of the my situation. I remember with pleasure dr. Nichita and Cristina for the professionalism, the empathy and the smile they put on my face no matter the circumstances. They are very good people and as well as the effort they put in work. I wish they will stay like that, we need such a people. I very recommend this clinic, nonetheless, 2 of my friends they started the program with them little after me. Recommend to my family and to anybody that I know.

Recently, I underwent treatment at Punto Bianco Clinic for the second time. Once again, I would like to thank these wonderful people for such a pleasant atmosphere, as well as for the truly high quality and efficiency of their work. They provide excellent and impeccable service. My coordinator, Inna, was always in touch, so I could quickly receive answers to any questions at any time. I would also like to thank the girls at the reception, who always welcome everyone with a warm smile. Special thanks to dentist Alexandru and his assistant Andrei for their fast and very high-quality work. I am simply delighted! The clinic also provides comfortable apartments with everything you need — from dishes to a washing machine. So you can fully enjoy your stay in these apartments during your treatment. Just a few meters away there is a large supermarket with a wide selection of products. You can also buy ready-made meals, such as cold dishes, vinaigrette, pancakes, various cereals, and much more — everything is really very tasty. And of course, the clinic provides a transfer service: you will be met on time and taken to the airport. Many thanks to the drivers Oleg and Anatoliy, who did their job perfectly and safely in icy conditions that I encountered in Chișinău. Once again, thank you very much to everyone! Hello, I would like to share my impressions. My name is Maksim, and I came from the Netherlands for implantation and dental treatment. My treatment was coordinated by David, who calculated the cost and consulted me throughout the process. The surgeon Evgeniy placed 6 implants for me — in my life I have had many dental treatments, and I can easily recognize professionalism, and I can say that this surgeon is outstanding.
My treatment also involved Dr. Inga, a therapist. Although she is a young doctor, she clearly made a great effort, and overall restored a couple of my teeth quite well. In general, I am waiting six months and will return to the clinic for crown placement. By the way, the prices are more affordable than in Poland and slightly higher than in Turkey (which I do not consider as a treatment destination due to many negative reviews from acquaintances). Therefore, I highly recommend this clinic — good specialists who are developing and working hard to build their reputation.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I came to Punto Bianco with a very complex and delicate condition for wich I looked a solution for years without success, but here they managed to save my denture. The team is exceptional, beginning with Tina and Ella (Thank you ladies!) at the front desk, Tatiana the photographer, Anatolii and Oleg, the drivers. Everyone at the laboratory was incredibly supportive and responsive to all the questions I had. Their entire team's patience and willingness to assist me throughout the process really made a difference! The entire medical staff is top-tier, and their expertise shines through. I want to give a special mention to Dr.Sali Eugen, Dr.Zaicov Eugen, Dr.Bazeliuc Iurie, Dr.Mese Tatiana, Dr.Varsan Iulian, and Dr. Socolova Aliona, who were outstanding in every way. No matter the challenge, they had the answers, and they went the extra mile every time. The entire procedure (Implants All-on-6 with bone addition, and tooth reconstruction) was quick, and smooth. Although the first few days after the procedure were not easy for me, recovery was smooth as well and I had all their full support on every step. A heartfelt THANK YOU to Maia Railean, our coordinator, who was with us every step of the way. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The clinic itself is top-notch—well-equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, stylish furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a very comfortable environment to be in. A few words about my impressions after visiting the PUNTO BIANCO clinic. This clinic was recommended to me by friends. Previously, I had considered many different clinics in various countries in order to bring my family for dental treatment. Even before the visit, what I appreciated most was the planning of our trip and receiving all the necessary answers to my questions, as the flight from Ireland to Moldova is quite long. I had never been to Moldova before, so it was very important for me to receive as much information as possible in advance about the Punto Bianco clinic, accommodation, transfer, currency, language of communication, etc.
Everything began with correspondence with the coordinator, Inna, who provided me with all the necessary information so that I clearly understood how everything would take place during our visit to the clinic. Inna was also able to consult me, my wife, and my son in advance and review different treatment options and plans individually for each family member. I believe that a key factor in choosing this clinic was the transparency of the entire process, with no hidden details, and clear, affordable pricing for all types of treatments.
Not once did I hear the words “we don’t do this” or “we don’t work like that.” I felt confident that if I flew to this clinic, I would be able to receive all the necessary services and solve all of my family’s dental problems in one place.
We arrived in Moldova, in the city of Chișinău, and were accommodated in an apartment in the city center — fully equipped and conveniently located near a large supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and fast food — everything within a two-minute walk. Importantly, during our four-day stay, we did not use public transport at all, as everything was within walking distance. The clinic was just a nine-minute walk from the apartment. We received a warm and friendly welcome. We appreciated that the entire team was fully focused on resolving all our concerns. I noticed that the clinic premises are very clean, bright, spacious, and multi-level, with numerous well-equipped treatment rooms. All equipment is modern, comfortable, extremely clean, and looks brand new. From the first minutes, I understood that everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about — we had come to the right people, people we could trust with our treatment. After examinations and consultations, my wife, my son, and I received our individual treatment plans, clearly outlining procedures, pricing, and costs, allowing us to plan our time and finances properly. The Punto Bianco team fully addressed all concerns and resolved all my son’s dental issues. My son is now very happy. My wife and I began the first steps of our treatment plans, even though we had initially planned only to have consultations. Payments are made separately for each stage, allowing you to fully control the implementation process. It is very important to clearly understand what you are paying for.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic. For the first time, I realized that there are dentists who do not cause pain but instead work carefully and create beautiful smiles. Special thanks to the staff: Inna — for organizing and planning the entire process. She is always there for you. Sirbu Nichita — a man with golden hands. I am no longer afraid of dentists. You can truly trust him — he performs real miracles. Zaicov Eugeniu — I received a professional consultation; we reviewed each of my teeth and created a step-by-step plan to achieve my smile. Before this,
I thought I would be advised to remove everything and get implants. But an experienced doctor has different approaches, and I will not need to extract all my teeth. The girls at the reception are very welcoming and hospitable. You are always greeted with smiles, helpful information, and good hot coffee or tea. They also assist with translation if you speak English or other languages. In your free time, you can take a tour around Chișinău and its surroundings. We visited a winery and enjoyed wine tasting. The clinic provided both the car and the driver. The driver was very careful and professional. Special thanks to him for assisting with translation into Romanian and accompanying us during our tour. In conclusion, we were very satisfied and are already planning our next visit to the PUNTO BIANCO clinic.

What an amazing 'journey' me and my husband have had at Punto Bianco! After years of lack of confidence and missing opportunities because of our previous teeth, we have finally regained our smiles and confidence. Therefore, we would like to express our appreciation and gratitude and send our thanks to a team of professionals who dedicated their time, knowledge and skills to make us happy again. Furthermore, we would like to say that we have been treated with respect and have been welcomed and nurtured throughout the process. It's true that people might say that it's normal as we paid for the services, so we should have been treated this way. But, to be honest, it didn't feel like just going to an ordinary dental clinic to pay and have the teeth done. When we went to Punto Bianco we entered a big family and they made us feel part of it. They don't only care about the money you pay for the treatment, but they really care about how you feel regarding the treatment and they try everything in their 'power' to make the client happy. In 2018 I went to Chisinau after sending an X-ray. I have to say that I was a little suspicious for the simple fact that I didn't know what was waiting for me. Multilingual Clinic!! I had problems with chewing, I neglected this situation due to the very high costs in Italy, and so, over time my teeth deteriorated My greatest desire was to regain my beautiful smile and improve my digestion. Immediately When I arrived, the welcome reassured me. At the reception they were waiting for me! Excellent welcome. The first thing I did was a 3D tomography, to understand the dental treatment I had to do. Shortly after, a team of dentists and surgeons evaluated the tomography and in a precise and detailed way, Inna the wonderful coordinator presented to me, the treatment I had to do, root canal treatment (endodontic treatment), implants, sinus lifting and extractions. That was in 2018. In October 2019, I returned to Chisinau, to Punto Bianco and everything was very good. I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! Mastic, a miracle! I want to thank them all.

Arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed with extremely friendly and professional care, even though I would have preferred to undergo general anesthesia due to my fear of dentists. After several examinations in different hospitals, general anesthesia was refused, as they did not want to take the risk, despite the fact that I had a signed certificate stating that I could undergo it.
In conclusion, I appreciate their decision, as it shows their responsibility and seriousness in not taking patients’ cases lightly.
As for the medical team, they are truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments. In short, I will return soon to share further updates, but even now, I can already say in advance: if you need treatment, have no fear or doubt. I have never seen so much professionalism and attentiveness in Belgium as I have at this clinic, Punto Bianco.

I went to Punto Bianco in Madrid (Spain), mainly for the efficiency in their work and the professionalism of the specialists who are part of the company. Also, because my brother was and still is delighted with the implants that had already been placed for him. I would like to thank the excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon for his efficiency, speed, and care in making sure I did not feel any pain during the procedures. My thanks also go to the professional and outstanding prosthodontist, who managed from the very first try to create crowns on the implants that were perfectly adjusted, fixed, and with the right color.
Many thanks to Anastasia and Olesea for their patience and kindness, which made my stay in Chișinău much more pleasant, without ever feeling alone. I also thank the drivers who greeted me at the airport, took me to the apartment, and later accompanied me on excursions so that I wouldn’t get bored between doctor visits.

Excellent clinic and procedure with the general anesthesia I requested. Let me briefly tell you about my experience: having a strong fear of dentists, I practically never went even for a simple dental cleaning, which is why at 45 years old I found myself facing periodontal disease (my teeth started to loosen). Fortunately, I found this clinic on the internet, which performs procedures under general anesthesia. On December 8, 2019, I departed from Milan and after a 2-hour flight I… I arrived in Chișinău, where I was welcomed by Ștefan, who took me to the clinic and then to the apartment where I stayed for 10 days. The next day, December 9, I underwent several tests to check if my health condition allowed me to have the procedure under general anesthesia (blood tests, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray). On December 10, I underwent the procedure, which consisted of extracting all the teeth (16) from the upper arch and 11 from the lower arch, and inserting 6 implants in the upper arch and 2 in the lower arch. Then, in the following days, I had various check-ups and fittings for the crowns. I would like to mention that I never felt any kind of pain. I had taken painkillers with me from Italy, but I did not need them. Congratulations to the clinic and its staff — great professionals and truly well organized. Congratulations from the heart!

After years of wearing removable dentures, with severe bone atrophy, and with despair and pain in my heart, by stepping through the doors of this CLINIC I can now smile, and when I speak, I have the courage to look people in the eye without shyness or shame.
I was welcomed by professional, qualified people, dedicated in everything they do. It was a difficult decision — I underwent a delicate procedure: zygomatic implants. I recently returned from Moldova and I must say that I am especially satisfied with the treatment I received. I found this clinic by chance, online, and what convinced me to ask for a quote and go see if it could meet my needs were the reviews from Italian patients. I can eat very well, and when I smile, no one can tell which teeth have been treated.
For those wondering what problems I had: 4 teeth, of which 3 had been devitalized with broken instruments left inside them (needles), and one with a temporary filling (passed off as a permanent one), which caused the tooth to die deeper down. All this work had been done in Italy, and I had paid a fortune for it.
I would also like to thank radiologist Larisa for her patience. Worth mentioning is Olga as well, the girl responsible for organizing everything a patient might need during their stay in Moldova (taxi, external medical care such as tests, X-rays, CT scans, day hospital procedures, as well as visits to wine cellars, museums, castles, spa, hair salon, etc.).
