Missing molars on both arches; front teeth decayed and damaged with root infections; severe upper jaw bone atrophy; dental phobia.
Soluția
Extraction of affected teeth and roots in the upper and lower jaws; placement of 4 conventional implants and 2 zygomatic implants under general anesthesia, followed by a fixed bridge (initially provisional acrylic, and finally porcelain-fused-to-metal). On the lower jaw, teeth whitening was performed to select a brighter shade for the upper fixed dentition.
Durata
Temporary fixed teeth – 6 days; definitive teeth – 14 days; entire treatment – 6 months

Truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments.
Arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed with extremely friendly and professional care, even though I would have preferred to undergo general anesthesia due to my fear of dentists. After several examinations in different hospitals, general anesthesia was refused, as they did not want to take the risk, despite the fact that I had a signed certificate stating that I could undergo it.
In conclusion, I appreciate their decision, as it shows their responsibility and seriousness in not taking patients’ cases lightly.
As for the medical team, they are truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments. In short, I will return soon to share further updates, but even now, I can already say in advance: if you need treatment, have no fear or doubt.
