Problema
Asymmetrical central teeth: one of the front teeth was broken and shorter than the other.
Soluția
Aesthetic restoration was performed. Caries were also detected in other teeth, which were also restored with photopolymer, but they are not visible in the photo.
Durata
1 day (only 2 hours) – front restoration
4 days – entire treatment (all restorations)

Problema
The old and uncomfortable removable denture, which no longer stayed in place without large amounts of adhesive. The patient could no longer taste her food and lived in fear that the denture might fall out while she was laughing or talking. Severe bone atrophy on the upper jaw and several missing teeth on the lower jaw.
Soluția
All-on-X fixed denture using the Quad Zygoma technique (4 zygomatic implants). The X-ray also shows a classic implant in the frontal area, used for better stabilization of the bridge. On the lower jaw, the missing teeth were replaced with traditional implants and zirconium crowns, and the natural teeth were whitened. Two aesthetic composite restorations were also performed.

Problema
Unsatisfactory aesthetics (color and shape of teeth). We do not have the patient’s permission to show the situation before treatment, but the photos after restoration were worth including in our examples.
Soluția
We performed a complete restoration with dental veneers. In fact, the more accurate term would be ceramic restorations, because in the molar area we performed ceramic inlays, onlays, and overlays, several teeth were covered with all-ceramic crowns, and one implant crown was made of zirconium. The shape and color of the veneers were guided by American aesthetic standards.

What an amazing 'journey' me and my husband have had at Punto Bianco! Furthermore, we would like to say that we have been treated with respect and have been welcomed and nurtured throughout the process. It's true that people might say that it's normal as we paid for the services, so we should have been treated this way. But, to be honest, it didn't feel like just going to an ordinary dental clinic to pay and have the teeth done. When we went to Punto Bianco we entered a big family and they made us feel part of it. They don't only care about the money you pay for the treatment, but they really care about how you feel regarding the treatment and they try everything in their 'power' to make the client happy. I visited the Punto Bianco clinic hoping to achieve a natural and beautiful smile—and not only was this wish fulfilled, but my expectations were exceeded by far. Your services were impeccable: the staff was extremely attentive, patient, and empathetic, explaining every step clearly—from the 3D tomography and treatment plan to the implants/prosthetics and final restorations. The friendly atmosphere helped me feel relaxed and safe. The receptionists welcomed me with warm smiles and a calm demeanor, which made a real difference, and the procedure went much more smoothly than I had expected. The dental assistants, treatment coordination, and logistical support were all excellent. The final result truly impressed me: I can now smile freely and chew comfortably, and the aesthetic work looks far more natural than I ever imagined. I’ve been attending this dental clinic for around three years now, and I can honestly say it has been a consistently excellent experience. I recently returned from Moldova and I must say that I am especially satisfied with the treatment I received. I found this clinic by chance, online, and what convinced me to ask for a quote and go see if it could meet my needs were the reviews from Italian patients. I can eat very well, and when I smile, no one can tell which teeth have been treated.
For those wondering what problems I had: 4 teeth, of which 3 had been devitalized with broken instruments left inside them (needles), and one with a temporary filling (passed off as a permanent one), which caused the tooth to die deeper down. All this work had been done in Italy, and I had paid a fortune for it.
I would also like to thank radiologist Larisa for her patience. Worth mentioning is Olga as well, the girl responsible for organizing everything a patient might need during their stay in Moldova (taxi, external medical care such as tests, X-rays, CT scans, day hospital procedures, as well as visits to wine cellars, museums, castles, spa, hair salon, etc.).
