Problema
Almost all teeth missing and atrophy of the upper jawbone. The few remaining teeth were loose and severely infected.
Soluția
We opted to extract all remaining teeth/roots and create two fixed prostheses on All-on-X dental implants. On the upper jaw, to avoid costly and invasive bone augmentation, a hybrid All-on-6 technique was used (4 classic implants in the front area and 2 pterygoid implants in the back areas (on the X-ray, they are the ones that are “more horizontal”).

Problema
Unsatisfactory aesthetics (color and shape of teeth). We do not have the patient’s permission to show the situation before treatment, but the photos after restoration were worth including in our examples.
Soluția
We performed a complete restoration with dental veneers. In fact, the more accurate term would be ceramic restorations, because in the molar area we performed ceramic inlays, onlays, and overlays, several teeth were covered with all-ceramic crowns, and one implant crown was made of zirconium. The shape and color of the veneers were guided by American aesthetic standards.

Problema
Old, unsightly dental bridge that barely held onto broken teeth and uncomfortable dentures. Severe bone atrophy in the upper jaw. Pain when chewing.
Soluția
4 zygomatic implants + 1 classic implant on the upper jaw and 5 classic implants on the lower jaw supporting 2 fixed bridges of 12 teeth each. Treatment performed under general anesthesia.

8 months (the patient received temporary fixed dentures on zygomatic implants starting on the 5th day after surgery)

Soluția
Extraction of all teeth + insertion of 8 dental implants per arch and fabrication of temporary removable dentures (in 2017, temporary fixed dentures were very rarely made in Moldova).
Finally, after the implants had been integrated, fixed metal-ceramic bridges were made (28 teeth).

Soluția
Ceramic veneers on the lower front teeth, teeth whitening on natural teeth; upper arch – fixed zirconia-ceramic bridge on 6 premium dental implants.
Durata
Temporary fixed teeth – 10 days; entire treatment – 6 months. 2 trips to Moldova.

Problema
Missing molars on both arches; front teeth decayed and damaged with root infections; severe upper jaw bone atrophy; dental phobia.
Soluția
Extraction of affected teeth and roots in the upper and lower jaws; placement of 4 conventional implants and 2 zygomatic implants under general anesthesia, followed by a fixed bridge (initially provisional acrylic, and finally porcelain-fused-to-metal). On the lower jaw, teeth whitening was performed to select a brighter shade for the upper fixed dentition.

Temporary fixed teeth – 6 days; definitive teeth – 14 days; entire treatment – 6 months

Problema
All teeth missing (only 2 lower roots remained when the patient arrived at Punto Bianco Clinic in Chișinău), severe mandibular bone atrophy.
Soluția
The upper jaw was rehabilitated using the Toronto Bridge technique, which involves placing 4–6 dental implants “parallel” to each other. For the lower jaw (mandible), the only possible solution was the placement of 4 implants using the All-on-4 technique. All 4 implants are in the anterior region, with 2 angled to bypass the inferior alveolar nerve. Additionally, due to the angulation of these implants, the pressure is distributed more evenly among them.

Problema
All teeth missing. Loose, uncomfortable removable denture.
Soluția
Fixed bridges on 6 dental implants per jaw. They allow passive (tension-free) and uniform fixation through special Multi-Unit screws. These compensate for minor differences between implants and enable the screwing of the fixed denture.

I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! I chew, it's a miracle!
In 2018 I went to Chisinau after sending an X-ray. I have to say that I was a little suspicious for the simple fact that I didn't know what was waiting for me. Multilingual Clinic!! I had problems with chewing, I neglected this situation due to the very high costs in Italy, and so, over time my teeth deteriorated My greatest desire was to regain my beautiful smile and improve my digestion. Immediately When I arrived, the welcome reassured me. At the reception they were waiting for me! Excellent welcome. The first thing I did was a 3D tomography, to understand the dental treatment I had to do. Shortly after, a team of dentists and surgeons evaluated the tomography and in a precise and detailed way, Inna the wonderful coordinator presented to me, the treatment I had to do, root canal treatment (endodontic treatment), implants, sinus lifting and extractions. That was in 2018. In October 2019, I returned to Chisinau, to Punto Bianco and everything was very good. I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! Mastic, a miracle! I want to thank them all.

Arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed with extremely friendly and professional care, even though I would have preferred to undergo general anesthesia due to my fear of dentists. After several examinations in different hospitals, general anesthesia was refused, as they did not want to take the risk, despite the fact that I had a signed certificate stating that I could undergo it.
In conclusion, I appreciate their decision, as it shows their responsibility and seriousness in not taking patients’ cases lightly.
As for the medical team, they are truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments. In short, I will return soon to share further updates, but even now, I can already say in advance: if you need treatment, have no fear or doubt. I went to Punto Bianco in Madrid (Spain), mainly for the efficiency in their work and the professionalism of the specialists who are part of the company. Also, because my brother was and still is delighted with the implants that had already been placed for him. I would like to thank the excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon for his efficiency, speed, and care in making sure I did not feel any pain during the procedures. My thanks also go to the professional and outstanding prosthodontist, who managed from the very first try to create crowns on the implants that were perfectly adjusted, fixed, and with the right color.

Excellent clinic and procedure with the general anesthesia I requested. Let me briefly tell you about my experience: having a strong fear of dentists, I practically never went even for a simple dental cleaning, which is why at 45 years old I found myself facing periodontal disease (my teeth started to loosen). Fortunately, I found this clinic on the internet, which performs procedures under general anesthesia. On December 8, 2019, I departed from Milan and after a 2-hour flight I… I arrived in Chișinău, where I was welcomed by Ștefan, who took me to the clinic and then to the apartment where I stayed for 10 days. The next day, December 9, I underwent several tests to check if my health condition allowed me to have the procedure under general anesthesia (blood tests, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray). On December 10, I underwent the procedure, which consisted of extracting all the teeth (16) from the upper arch and 11 from the lower arch, and inserting 6 implants in the upper arch and 2 in the lower arch. Then, in the following days, I had various check-ups and fittings for the crowns. I would like to mention that I never felt any kind of pain. I had taken painkillers with me from Italy, but I did not need them. Congratulations to the clinic and its staff — great professionals and truly well organized. Congratulations from the heart!

I recently returned from Moldova and I must say that I am especially satisfied with the treatment I received. I found this clinic by chance, online, and what convinced me to ask for a quote and go see if it could meet my needs were the reviews from Italian patients. I can eat very well, and when I smile, no one can tell which teeth have been treated.
For those wondering what problems I had: 4 teeth, of which 3 had been devitalized with broken instruments left inside them (needles), and one with a temporary filling (passed off as a permanent one), which caused the tooth to die deeper down. All this work had been done in Italy, and I had paid a fortune for it.
I would also like to thank radiologist Larisa for her patience. Worth mentioning is Olga as well, the girl responsible for organizing everything a patient might need during their stay in Moldova (taxi, external medical care such as tests, X-rays, CT scans, day hospital procedures, as well as visits to wine cellars, museums, castles, spa, hair salon, etc.).

I warmly recommend Punto Bianco Dental Clinic for several essential reasons. First of all, for the remarkable professionalism of the entire staff throughout all consultations and treatments. Thirdly, for the state-of-the-art equipment available at the clinic and, most importantly, for the fact that this clinic does not refuse patients with extremely complex dental cases, as was my situation.I searched for a dental clinic in Canada, the country where I have lived since 2000, and discovered that I needed a maxillofacial surgeon.
