Problema
The patient from Belgium came to Punto Bianco Clinic in Chișinău on the recommendation of a friend who had undergone a similar treatment. He had a severely compromised dental condition: several teeth were badly damaged or missing, and the remaining teeth were mobile due to periodontal disease. Chewing had become difficult.
Soluția
Complete dental rehabilitation using the All-on-6 technique on both arches. The compromised teeth were extracted, and during the same procedure OSSTEM dental implants were inserted in both the upper and lower jaws.
To allow the patient to return home quickly with functional teeth, fixed provisional All-on-X prostheses were fabricated and secured within just a few days, based on digital impressions.

Problema
Complete absence of teeth on both jaws, uncomfortable removable dentures
Soluția
Two fixed provisional prostheses secured on 6 conventional implants in the lower jaw, and in the upper jaw on 4 conventional implants and 2 pterygoid implants (the last ones on the right and left, angled).
The photograph was taken 3 days after the dental implant insertion procedure, which is why slight postoperative bruising can still be observed, a normal reaction at this stage of healing.

Problema
The patient from Denmark came to the Punto Bianco clinic in Chișinău with several missing teeth and compromised dental remnants. Chewing had become difficult, and the appearance of his smile caused constant discomfort in social situations.
Soluția
After the clinical and radiological evaluation, the doctors recommended complete dental rehabilitation with dental implants. Although more affordable treatment options were discussed during the consultation, the patient had a very clear vision of the desired result and chose premium dental implants, placing emphasis on long-term quality and durability. Shortly after the intervention, the patient received a fixed provisional restoration on Megagen ANY RIDGE implants

The surgical intervention was performed in stages, one arch at a time, with a 2-day interval.
The provisional teeth were fixed within one day.

Problema
Extreme fear of dental treatment and, as a result, lack of timely dental care led the patient to this condition. At the time of presentation at the Punto Bianco clinic in Chișinău, the patient could no longer eat, smile, or socialize.
Soluția
General anesthesia was an absolute necessity for two reasons: severe dental phobia and the need to use zygomatic implants. During a single “in sleep” procedure, the remaining teeth were extracted and several types of implants were placed — conventional, zygomatic, and short — to support two temporary fixed prostheses. For the final restoration, aesthetic zirconia bridges were chosen.

2 days after surgery – the first set of temporary fixed teeth (10 days – the entire stage / first trip from Italy to Moldova).
6 months – completion of the entire treatment, from extractions to final fixed zirconia teeth.

Problema
Loose teeth, exposed due to gum recession and bone atrophy around the roots. Due to the long-term absence of molars, the patient chewed only with her front teeth, thus aggravating the situation. For financial reasons, the patient was unable to opt for treatment in Belgium, which is why she sought a reliable dental clinic in Moldova.
Soluția
We proposed total rehabilitation using the All-on-6 technique, but for economic reasons, the patient opted for fewer implants (four per arch). There was sufficient bone thickness and height, so we were able to place the implants relatively parallel on both jaws. The final fixed prostheses have 12 teeth each, with one crown in suspension in each of the four quadrants, which is acceptable and does not negatively affect the stability of the implants.

10 months (the patient returned to Chișinău later than usual due to the pandemic. Normally, such treatment is completed in 5-6 months).

Problema
The patient is from Bălți but decided to have his dental problems treated at Punto Bianco in Chișinău. He had atrophied bone and only four worn, broken teeth that had once supported a bridge, and two canines and two other teeth covered with old dental crowns.
Soluția
All remaining teeth were extracted, six dental implants were inserted on each jaw without bone augmentation, and within a few days the patient was smiling with temporary fixed teeth. Six months later, during an implant check-up, it was found that one of the upper implants had not integrated. It was reinserted under warranty (free of charge), and after another 6 months, two fixed zirconium bridges were made.

The patient was advised to have all teeth extracted and existing infections eliminated. All-on-6 treatment was performed on the upper jaw and All-on-4 on the lower jaw, with a fixed temporary restoration, followed by final restoration with a fixed zirconium denture.

Problema
The old and uncomfortable removable denture, which no longer stayed in place without large amounts of adhesive. The patient could no longer taste her food and lived in fear that the denture might fall out while she was laughing or talking. Severe bone atrophy on the upper jaw and several missing teeth on the lower jaw.
Soluția
All-on-X fixed denture using the Quad Zygoma technique (4 zygomatic implants). The X-ray also shows a classic implant in the frontal area, used for better stabilization of the bridge. On the lower jaw, the missing teeth were replaced with traditional implants and zirconium crowns, and the natural teeth were whitened. Two aesthetic composite restorations were also performed.

I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! I chew, it's a miracle!
In 2018 I went to Chisinau after sending an X-ray. I have to say that I was a little suspicious for the simple fact that I didn't know what was waiting for me. Multilingual Clinic!! I had problems with chewing, I neglected this situation due to the very high costs in Italy, and so, over time my teeth deteriorated My greatest desire was to regain my beautiful smile and improve my digestion. Immediately When I arrived, the welcome reassured me. At the reception they were waiting for me! Excellent welcome. The first thing I did was a 3D tomography, to understand the dental treatment I had to do. Shortly after, a team of dentists and surgeons evaluated the tomography and in a precise and detailed way, Inna the wonderful coordinator presented to me, the treatment I had to do, root canal treatment (endodontic treatment), implants, sinus lifting and extractions. That was in 2018. In October 2019, I returned to Chisinau, to Punto Bianco and everything was very good. I made my wish come true! Beautiful teeth! I smile freely! Mastic, a miracle! Arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed with extremely friendly and professional care, even though I would have preferred to undergo general anesthesia due to my fear of dentists. After several examinations in different hospitals, general anesthesia was refused, as they did not want to take the risk, despite the fact that I had a signed certificate stating that I could undergo it.
In conclusion, I appreciate their decision, as it shows their responsibility and seriousness in not taking patients’ cases lightly.
As for the medical team, they are truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments. In short, I will return soon to share further updates, but even now, I can already say in advance: if you need treatment, have no fear or doubt. I have never seen so much professionalism and attentiveness in Belgium as I have at this clinic, Punto Bianco.

I went to Punto Bianco in Madrid (Spain), mainly for the efficiency in their work and the professionalism of the specialists who are part of the company. Also, because my brother was and still is delighted with the implants that had already been placed for him. I would like to thank the excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon for his efficiency, speed, and care in making sure I did not feel any pain during the procedures. Excellent clinic and procedure with the general anesthesia I requested. Let me briefly tell you about my experience: having a strong fear of dentists, I practically never went even for a simple dental cleaning, which is why at 45 years old I found myself facing periodontal disease (my teeth started to loosen). Fortunately, I found this clinic on the internet, which performs procedures under general anesthesia. On December 8, 2019, I departed from Milan and after a 2-hour flight I… I arrived in Chișinău, where I was welcomed by Ștefan, who took me to the clinic and then to the apartment where I stayed for 10 days. The next day, December 9, I underwent several tests to check if my health condition allowed me to have the procedure under general anesthesia (blood tests, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray). On December 10, I underwent the procedure, which consisted of extracting all the teeth (16) from the upper arch and 11 from the lower arch, and inserting 6 implants in the upper arch and 2 in the lower arch. Then, in the following days, I had various check-ups and fittings for the crowns. I would like to mention that I never felt any kind of pain. I had taken painkillers with me from Italy, but I did not need them. Congratulations to the clinic and its staff — great professionals and truly well organized. Congratulations from the heart!
