Problema

Soluția
The irreparable teeth and implants were extracted, and the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned. All-on-6 implants were placed in the mandible. In the upper jaw, 6 implants were also inserted, including 3 special implants (one zygomatic and two pterygoid) to ensure stability in areas with reduced bone volume.

The patient presented with a generalized compromised dental condition, characterized by dental mobility, pronounced gingival inflammation, and visible gum recession. The anterior teeth were migrated and misaligned, and the presence of deposits and discoloration indicated difficult oral hygiene in the context of periodontal disease. The diagnosis revealed advanced chronic periodontitis.
Soluția
Considering the complexity of the case, a complete rehabilitation using the All-on-6 technique was chosen for the upper jaw. OSSTEM dental implants were placed according to the All-on-6 protocol, providing a stable foundation for the fixed restoration, and a provisional All-on-X prosthesis was delivered. Through this complex treatment stage, the patient achieved full stabilization of the dentition and elimination of active periodontal problems.

Problema
The patient presented with multiple missing teeth, the remaining teeth being mobile, damaged, accompanied by bad breath, wear, and loss of gingival support. In the lower arch, the situation was unbalanced, with missing teeth and posterior support loss, affecting occlusal stability and chewing function.
Soluția
Both arches were rehabilitated using the All-on-6 technique with traditional dental implants. After surgery, the patient received fixed provisional All-on-X prostheses.
The definitive restorations were made using the Malo Bridge or Thimble Bridge concept, which involves a special bar supporting individual zirconia crowns for each tooth. The major advantage of this type of restoration is reparability — any crown can be replaced if necessary without remaking the entire bridge.

Problema
The patient came to Punto Bianco Clinic with multiple mobile and severely damaged teeth, bad breath, serious chewing difficulties, and a smile that was significantly affected aesthetically.
Soluția
This clinical case was performed using an extended All-on-4 concept, by adding two additional posterior implants: pterygoid implants (Brand JDI) in the maxilla and distal implants parallel to the mandible, resulting in a fixed All-on-6 rehabilitation.
The patient chose to undergo the intervention under General Anesthesia for maximum comfort.
After the integration period of the implants, the final restoration was made of zirconia reinforced with a titanium bar, offering an optimal combination of strength, stability, and natural aesthetics.

As the patient is a sailor, his vacations are less frequent but longer, so the treatment was planned according to his schedule. The first stage lasted 21 days in Moldova, and the final prosthetic stage took place almost one year later and lasted nearly 2 weeks.

Problema
The patient from the Moldova, living in Denmark, had missing, fractured, and periodontally affected teeth. The case required complex full oral rehabilitation, carefully planned. For patients coming from abroad, precise treatment scheduling is essential to avoid delays, postponements, or missed flights.
Soluția
Compromised teeth were extracted and 6 OSSTEM implants were placed in each arch. In the same stage, fixed provisional ALL on X prostheses were delivered. Later, the final zirconia restorations with ceramic gingiva provided a stable, aesthetic, and easy-to-maintain result. In the upper jaw, the prosthesis was internally reinforced with a hidden metal bar.

The first stage of treatment lasted 11 days, and the fixed provisional teeth were delivered in just 2 days. After 7 months, the patient returned for the final stage, which lasted 9 days. Proper planning allowed the patient to strictly follow the planned stay period in Moldova.

Problema
The patient came to the clinic with the desire to first address the problems in the upper jaw. In this area, she had teeth that had been devitalized for a long time, covered with old crowns that were already chipped, as well as two previously inserted monoblock implants.
Soluția
In the upper jaw, 5 dental implants were placed, positioned at an angle to avoid the need for bone reconstruction in areas where bone was already atrophic. After implant placement, a fixed metal-ceramic prosthesis was made, restoring both chewing function and smile aesthetics. On the left side of the lower arch, a dental implant was inserted, which was later restored with a crown.
Approximately 3 months after the first stage of treatment, the dental bridge on the right side — which the patient had initially chosen to keep against the doctors’ recommendations — failed. Following evaluation, one of the teeth under the bridge had to be extracted. In the remaining spaces, two dental implants were placed, and after the integration period, about 6 months later, two implant-supported crowns were made. In addition, the molar that remained from the old bridge was also covered with a crown to restore the stability and functionality of the dentition.
Conclusion: Sometimes, when doctors’ recommendations are postponed or ignored, unpleasant situations may arise exactly at the moment when you think everything has already been resolved.

The patient underwent orthodontic treatment at another clinic in Chișinău, but only the malocclusion problem was resolved. The patient was still bothered by his yellow, short, and asymmetrical teeth; unsatisfactory aesthetics.
Soluția
We opted for dental veneers from the “Exclusive” category on all natural teeth, and aesthetic zirconium crowns were made on the implants. Exclusive veneers are more expensive and take longer to make. In this case, the treatment was carried out in stages: initially veneers on the front teeth, and later on the molars.

Problema
The old and uncomfortable removable denture, which no longer stayed in place without large amounts of adhesive. The patient could no longer taste her food and lived in fear that the denture might fall out while she was laughing or talking. Soluția
All-on-X fixed denture using the Quad Zygoma technique (4 zygomatic implants). The X-ray also shows a classic implant in the frontal area, used for better stabilization of the bridge. On the lower jaw, the missing teeth were replaced with traditional implants and zirconium crowns, and the natural teeth were whitened. Two aesthetic composite restorations were also performed.

Hello, I would like to share my impressions. My name is Maksim, and I came from the Netherlands for implantation and dental treatment. My treatment was coordinated by David, who calculated the cost and consulted me throughout the process. The surgeon Evgeniy placed 6 implants for me — in my life I have had many dental treatments, and I can easily recognize professionalism, and I can say that this surgeon is outstanding.
My treatment also involved Dr. Inga, a therapist. Although she is a young doctor, she clearly made a great effort, and overall restored a couple of my teeth quite well. In general, I am waiting six months and will return to the clinic for crown placement. By the way, the prices are more affordable than in Poland and slightly higher than in Turkey (which I do not consider as a treatment destination due to many negative reviews from acquaintances). Therefore, I highly recommend this clinic — good specialists who are developing and working hard to build their reputation.

I came to Punto Bianco with a very complex and delicate condition for wich I looked a solution for years without success, but here they managed to save my denture. Everyone at the laboratory was incredibly supportive and responsive to all the questions I had. A few words about my impressions after visiting the PUNTO BIANCO clinic. This clinic was recommended to me by friends. Previously, I had considered many different clinics in various countries in order to bring my family for dental treatment. Even before the visit, what I appreciated most was the planning of our trip and receiving all the necessary answers to my questions, as the flight from Ireland to Moldova is quite long. I had never been to Moldova before, so it was very important for me to receive as much information as possible in advance about the Punto Bianco clinic, accommodation, transfer, currency, language of communication, etc.
Everything began with correspondence with the coordinator, Inna, who provided me with all the necessary information so that I clearly understood how everything would take place during our visit to the clinic. Inna was also able to consult me, my wife, and my son in advance and review different treatment options and plans individually for each family member. I believe that a key factor in choosing this clinic was the transparency of the entire process, with no hidden details, and clear, affordable pricing for all types of treatments.
Not once did I hear the words “we don’t do this” or “we don’t work like that.” I felt confident that if I flew to this clinic, I would be able to receive all the necessary services and solve all of my family’s dental problems in one place.
We arrived in Moldova, in the city of Chișinău, and were accommodated in an apartment in the city center — fully equipped and conveniently located near a large supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and fast food — everything within a two-minute walk. Importantly, during our four-day stay, we did not use public transport at all, as everything was within walking distance. The clinic was just a nine-minute walk from the apartment. We received a warm and friendly welcome. We appreciated that the entire team was fully focused on resolving all our concerns. I noticed that the clinic premises are very clean, bright, spacious, and multi-level, with numerous well-equipped treatment rooms. All equipment is modern, comfortable, extremely clean, and looks brand new. From the first minutes, I understood that everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about — we had come to the right people, people we could trust with our treatment. After examinations and consultations, my wife, my son, and I received our individual treatment plans, clearly outlining procedures, pricing, and costs, allowing us to plan our time and finances properly. The Punto Bianco team fully addressed all concerns and resolved all my son’s dental issues. My son is now very happy. My wife and I began the first steps of our treatment plans, even though we had initially planned only to have consultations. Payments are made separately for each stage, allowing you to fully control the implementation process. It is very important to clearly understand what you are paying for.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic. For the first time, I realized that there are dentists who do not cause pain but instead work carefully and create beautiful smiles. Special thanks to the staff: Inna — for organizing and planning the entire process. She is always there for you. Sirbu Nichita — a man with golden hands. I am no longer afraid of dentists. You can truly trust him — he performs real miracles. Zaicov Eugeniu — I received a professional consultation; we reviewed each of my teeth and created a step-by-step plan to achieve my smile. Before this,
I thought I would be advised to remove everything and get implants. But an experienced doctor has different approaches, and I will not need to extract all my teeth. The girls at the reception are very welcoming and hospitable. You are always greeted with smiles, helpful information, and good hot coffee or tea. They also assist with translation if you speak English or other languages. In your free time, you can take a tour around Chișinău and its surroundings. We visited a winery and enjoyed wine tasting. The clinic provided both the car and the driver. The driver was very careful and professional. Special thanks to him for assisting with translation into Romanian and accompanying us during our tour. In conclusion, we were very satisfied and are already planning our next visit to the PUNTO BIANCO clinic.

Very good experience so far. The customer service helped me to start treatment at the earliest time. Fast, easy to understand detailed instructions before each appointment. Maya is my coordinator and personal contact. She took time to listen , understand and find the best solution for me to get dental care. Very friendly, attentive and caring personnel in general. They met us at the airport and provided an apartment for accommodation (a 7-minute walk from the clinic), which was very convenient as there was no need to look for a place to stay on our own. The clinic staff is very polite, and at every stage of the treatment everything is clearly explained. The treatment schedule is also confirmed by SMS messages. The cost of treatment (after the examination) is provided in a printed format for review, with specific names of procedures—crowns, implants, extractions, fillings, root canal treatments, etc... and, accordingly, the cost of each stage. Everything is very clear and convenient. Thank you, Punto Bianco, for making people even more smiley!

I went to Punto Bianco in Madrid (Spain), mainly for the efficiency in their work and the professionalism of the specialists who are part of the company. Also, because my brother was and still is delighted with the implants that had already been placed for him. I would like to thank the excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon for his efficiency, speed, and care in making sure I did not feel any pain during the procedures. My thanks also go to the professional and outstanding prosthodontist, who managed from the very first try to create crowns on the implants that were perfectly adjusted, fixed, and with the right color.
Many thanks to Anastasia and Olesea for their patience and kindness, which made my stay in Chișinău much more pleasant, without ever feeling alone. I also thank the drivers who greeted me at the airport, took me to the apartment, and later accompanied me on excursions so that I wouldn’t get bored between doctor visits.
Thank you, Alina, for your warm welcomes every time I entered the clinic. And last but not least, I must say that Chișinău is a very hospitable and safe city, where I felt at home.

Excellent clinic and procedure with the general anesthesia I requested. Let me briefly tell you about my experience: having a strong fear of dentists, I practically never went even for a simple dental cleaning, which is why at 45 years old I found myself facing periodontal disease (my teeth started to loosen). Fortunately, I found this clinic on the internet, which performs procedures under general anesthesia. On December 8, 2019, I departed from Milan and after a 2-hour flight I… I arrived in Chișinău, where I was welcomed by Ștefan, who took me to the clinic and then to the apartment where I stayed for 10 days. The next day, December 9, I underwent several tests to check if my health condition allowed me to have the procedure under general anesthesia (blood tests, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray). On December 10, I underwent the procedure, which consisted of extracting all the teeth (16) from the upper arch and 11 from the lower arch, and inserting 6 implants in the upper arch and 2 in the lower arch. Then, in the following days, I had various check-ups and fittings for the crowns. I would like to mention that I never felt any kind of pain. I had taken painkillers with me from Italy, but I did not need them. Congratulations to the clinic and its staff — great professionals and truly well organized. Congratulations from the heart!

I recently returned from Moldova and I must say that I am especially satisfied with the treatment I received. I found this clinic by chance, online, and what convinced me to ask for a quote and go see if it could meet my needs were the reviews from Italian patients. I can eat very well, and when I smile, no one can tell which teeth have been treated.
For those wondering what problems I had: 4 teeth, of which 3 had been devitalized with broken instruments left inside them (needles), and one with a temporary filling (passed off as a permanent one), which caused the tooth to die deeper down. All this work had been done in Italy, and I had paid a fortune for it.
I would also like to thank radiologist Larisa for her patience. Worth mentioning is Olga as well, the girl responsible for organizing everything a patient might need during their stay in Moldova (taxi, external medical care such as tests, X-rays, CT scans, day hospital procedures, as well as visits to wine cellars, museums, castles, spa, hair salon, etc.).
