1. No mediocrity. Yes to perfectionism.
2. We are not afraid of challenges. In fact, we often complicate the process to get a better result.
3. We are in love with innovations. The digitization of dentistry and all processes is one of our priorities.
4. The better the specialist, the materials and the equipment, the better the result.
5. We do not compromise treatments. Either correctly and well, or at another clinic.
6. We do not negotiate with the patient and do not offer discounts. We want to use only the best materials. We want each of our employees to be 100% involved and the patient to receive a 100% result in our clinic.
7. We believe in teamwork and narrow specialization. The “jack of all trades” might offer cheaper treatment than we do — and it might not even be bad. But it will never match the level of care delivered by our multidisciplinary team.

The idea begins to take shape
The idea of organizing dental treatment in Moldova for patients from abroad (dental tourism) belongs to Mr. Mihail Ceropita, who at the time was participating in the Work & Travel program in the United States of America.
2008-2009
Refusal from the Business Incubator
Mihail Ceropita took part in the Business Plan Competition to secure office space and mentorship within the ASEM Business Incubator, where he was studying at the time. However, his idea was labeled as non-viable :) He continued working on the first version of the website, translating it into 7 languages, and so on.

1st dental tourism company established in Moldova
We named it the TravelToDentist Assistance Center (registered as Ceromix SRL). The true value of the Assistance Center didn’t lie in simply attracting clients, but in what we offered once they arrived in Moldova: transportation, translation services, 24/7 support, excursions, and countless pleasant evenings spent together with our patients.

It was time to look for a bigger space.
In an office of just 14 square meters, we built a team of 8 people who managed to serve patients speaking Italian, French, English, Spanish, German, Russian, and Romanian.

The first Punto Bianco dental clinic
There was a clear need for digitization, modernization, and process improvement. We decided that the fastest and most reliable way to achieve this was to open our own new clinic. That’s how the first “Punto Bianco” clinic and the company bearing the same name came to life. We continued to use the TravelToDentist name, along with the website and Facebook page.

Our own digital dental laboratory
We created one of the first digital dental laboratories in Moldova, equipped with a 3D printer, CAD/CAM system, and more. It allowed us to produce a greater number of fixed prostheses with higher, controlled quality — while also reducing treatment time.

Implant placement using surgical guides
We became the first dental clinic in Chișinău to perform all implant placement procedures using computer-guided surgery (with the help of surgical guides).

General Anesthesia
We introduced an exclusive service for private dentistry in Chișinău and Moldova — dental treatment under general anesthesia (“sleep dentistry”). Since then, patients at Punto Bianco Clinic have been enjoying an experience that’s #FearFree #PainFree #MemoryFree.

Association of Private Dental Clinics of Moldova
At the initiative of the director of Punto Bianco Clinic, the “ACSTOPRIM” Association was founded, with Mihail Ceropita elected as its president.

Call center + photo studio
We continued improving our services by introducing a dedicated department responsible for scheduling and phone consultations, available 7 days a week. Around the same time, we set up a photo/video studio to capture the joyful moments of our patients at the end of their treatments.

The second Punto Bianco clinic
Just 50 meters from our first clinic, still on 31 August Street in Chișinău, we opened our second modern clinic — equipped with dental microscopes, general anesthesia facilities, and a radiology room.
Now, three buildings on the same street proudly display the Punto Bianco logo. As we like to joke: “If we keep going at this pace, we might soon request to rename the street.”

In our clinic, it feels like a movie. Everyone sees the “actors,” but few realize how many people are working behind the scenes to bring it all to life.
The doctors, treatment coordinators, director, and drivers often receive praise — but few know the women in sterilization who ensure everything is safe for our patients, or the person in charge of supplies, who makes sure we’re always fully stocked so that no procedure ever gets delayed due to missing materials.
